3. Progressive Tooth Movement
Each CThru Elite aligner applies gentle, controlled pressure to guide your teeth gradually into alignment.
You’ll progress through your aligners in sequence, with each stage representing a small movement toward your new smile.
For optimal results:
- Wear your CThru Elite aligners for 20–22 hours per day
- Change aligners according to your clinician’s guidance
- Attend scheduled review appointments where required
4. Daily Shape Rejuvenation Technology
Unlike conventional aligners, CThru Elite aligners are designed using advanced memory material technology.
Once per day, your CThru Elite aligner may be immersed in hot water between 60°C and 100°C to support recovery of its intended shape.
By helping the aligner return to its programmed form, the memory material supports more consistent force delivery throughout wear. This helps maintain aligner performance, improve tracking, and optimise the efficiency of tooth movement during treatment.
The result is a more active aligner throughout each stage — helping support predictable tooth movement and potentially reducing overall treatment time.
